Welcome to Casa Santi Interior Design, LLC, a look at our philosophy and the way I, David Santiago, define style.
With over 20 years of experience in the design industry, combined with a sophisticated classical background, I am eager to share with you the possibilities you can achieve within your residential or commercial space. I have a practical and common-sense approach to how I work:

StrictlySanti: The Brand
His Strictly Santi brand was created as an umbrella brand in 2018 and since then, David launched several products; a lighting collection with American Brass & Crystal Lighting and a wallpaper collection entitled The Passport Collection, catering to hospitality and residential markets with Bijou wallcoverings. David is known as the “Prince of Wallpaper” highlighting his ability to master the art of wallpaper application on every project. David is acknowledged by the High Point Market Authority and Dallas Market Center as an influencer. Currently, David continues to grow as a brand ambassador and give back through the media platforms as a design and lifestyle correspondent for "The Donna Drake Show" on CBS NY and guest designer on the NBC hit television series “George To The Rescue".

Hospidential: Hospitality and Residential
David Santiago, owner & founder of Casa Santi, LLC,
debuts his Hospidential concept in 2019; a unique fusion of unexpected and curated styles, merging Hospitality and Residential.
Hospidential caters to clients who seek the unique creative details that make a space really special, blending a traditional sensibility, combined with form and function. It made sense to expand Casa Santi, LLC into production, brand ambassadorships and artists representation, unifying all creative platforms from Hospitality to Residential, achieving the Hospidential Experience.
Fun fact about David: He is an accomplished classical opera singer, an alumni of Mannes College of Music. He has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and the New York City Opera, among others. Whether staging a design project, serving the design community as an active member or performing, David’s integrity, passion and talent always shine through.

Ricardo Monge
Artist/Graphic Design Director
Ricardo Monge is the Art Director and Graphic Designer at Casa Santi Interior Design, LLC, bringing his talent and unique flair for branding, web/graphic design and visual documentation to live. Ricardo's experience expands across the globe in many markets to the likes of fashion, beauty, finance, medicine and corporate markets, among others.
He holds a Masters Degree in Fine Arts (MFA) and a minor in graphic design and photography from the prestigious Pratt Institute in NYC.
Ricardo fine art creations range from paintings, photography, mixed media, murals, furniture restoration, wearable art, digital art, graphic design, fabric printing and installations.
Monge's artwork has been part of the Intercontinental Hotel Montreal, Bailey House Gala, High Point Designers Show House, RuPauls Drag Con, George to the Rescue, Open House NYC, Holiday House NYC, His is an internationally accomplished artist with showings ranging from Italy, Canada, Cuba, Greece, Czech Republic, London, Chile, Lublin, Greece, Copenhagen, New York, Puerto Rico and of course our home, Casa Santi Interior Designs.
